Before you go to bed, take 2 ibuprofen, 2 tums and chug an entire gatorade (if no gatorade, make a large glass of sugar water, same thing). The ibuprofen prevent the headache, the tums take care of stomach irratation. and the gatorade takes care of dehydration (which is ultimatly the cause of the headache as well). The sugar gives your body the calories needed after it was tricked by the empty cals of booze all night (why your so hungry when your hammered). Also, no smoking. Sorry folks. Good Luck!
