Axel (AKA K.E.L.P.) is a Chilean graffiti painter and entrepreneur. Painting since 1997 in Chile and since 2008 in Europe, he has been running KELP.cl for the last 6 years. Currently in Munich and traveling to Alaska soon, his favorite places are Caleta Tortel, Chile, Hookipa, Hawaii, Cape Tribulation, Australia, and Vik, Iceland.
