I hear the food at Dakota’s Cafe at Schipol is quite good….apparently a good location for plane spotting too! I think it’s located in Departure 1.

Terrific suggestions. Makes me want to fly around the world. Although it is not haute cuisine, I loved Giraffe at Heathrow’s new terminal 5, too. But I’m definitely bookmarking these just in case I fly that way.

Great round up.
JFK’s new Jet Blue terminal (Terminal 5, I believe) has some nice new restaurants, major improvement over past offerings. And Mexico City’s Benito Juarez Airport has some very decent (albeit, not haute cuisine)– you can get some fantastic chilaquiles before an early morning flight!

for Hong Kong, I prefer Grappa’s on the third floor before security and Wildfire, after security. Both have excellent food.
