It's great to see the different directions that people have taken the genre in, away from the heavily grime-influenced, wobbly bass sound that was becoming a bit stale. Some of the most exciting artists around at the moment are making music that combines techno, dubstep and house. Good lord, I have to shut up or I'll go on all day! Big up Hyperdub!

I’ve recently moved to Bristol from London and the scene here is leading the way. It’s great to see the different directions that people have taken the genre in, away from the heavily grime-influenced, wobbly bass sound that was becoming a bit stale.
