Amazing, Is this only open for guests of the hotel? Would love to have a night of luxury on an otherwise tight budget next year!

Wow- I really did think Condesa DF in Mexico City (one of the bars mentioned in that best rooftop bars in the world article) had the best rooftop bar. This one, though, looks like it takes the cake. Beautiful photos.
