I can't recall seeing a single one,that wasn't foreign that is! You have left out men from the one of the most diverse, cosmopolitan cities in the world. Cape Town, South Africa. Beautiful men of all races and varieties all within this incredible city, plus the majority are gentlemen too. oh and Argentina and Brazil cannot be excluded either! Rio de Janeiro is where it's at, hands down. There is just this beautiful, natural mix of races. I've never been stopped in my tracks while traveling as much as I was there. I also agree about the Israelis....I think Israel must have the highest percentage of attractive men of any nation; not that they are all drop dead gorgeous, but I think I've met like two ugly ones. Again, it's the mixing of all different races which yields such beautiful results. Not all white or all brown....booooooring! I lived in Paris for 4 months and it was honestly a treat to people watch there. The French men know how to dress, that is for sure. One other place I would have to add is Copenhagen, Denmark.
